The suite felt like a cozy apartment with a huge balcony offering stunning views! Plus, the breakfast was delightful, made even better by the warm staff eager to assist.

Sadly, the dining area turned chaotic during busy hours. we struggled with service while trying to enjoy our meals! Also, the pool closed too early for evening relaxation.

The suite offered a fantastic atmosphere with its well-organized layout and a huge balcony that provided beautiful views. Breakfast featured homemade pastries and friendly staff ensured a delightful dining experience each morning. However, the dining area became quite chaotic during peak hours, and the room's air-conditioning was not really needed during the chilly night. Lastly, while the elevator access felt secure, it could be a bit cumbersome for families needing to carry multiple bags.

The location was spot-on, close to attractions. Incredible views from my suite, felt like royalty! The mini gym was a nice surprise, kept me feeling fabulous.

But goodness, the restaurant staff looked like they were auditioning for a circus! And my towels could've hosted a small family reunion—one short, honestly!

We truly enjoyed our family stay, and the staff were exceptionally kind throughout our visit. The suite felt like a home away from home. Dining at the restaurant was a bit hectic during the weekend, so I recommend going early. Cleanliness was top-notch, adding to our comfort.

We stayed for 2 nights and loved how spacious the suite was! The full kitchen and washer/dryer made things super convenient, especially with kids. The staff were genuinely friendly, always ready to help. Just wish the dining area wasn’t so crowded during breakfast. Oh, and the bar had some tasty snacks we couldn't resist!

This place was a top selection for getting around Medellin with great value for money. The breakfast featured homemade pastries that really hit the spot. If you're planning to explore, taking a taxi back from the mall can save you from a steep walk.
